No, complete different. Here is no need for IE and special permissions it's more critical.
Waiting good... but according to kernelmode (rinn) the issue is known since a year and has reason in the bad design how comodo is using SSDT hooks and their driver works:
But let's wait - I'm quite interested when and if they ever will fix it.

It looks like they have released new build .2674, downloadable from the updater. Btw, still no changelog from the forum but I guess egemen is gonna start it very soon...

Comodo Internet Security 6 final release

Comodo Internet Security 6 final release
CIS 6 is the fastest and the least resource intensive product we have released so far. Real-time responsiveness of the PCs improved significantly. Manual scans are now less resource intensive. Second scan speed improvements are dramatic.

Completely redesigned touch friendly and task oriented user interface
The new user interface is designed from scratch to make CIS as user friendly as possible. While we kept a lot of advanced settings for the advanced users, novice users will find it very easy to use now.
NEW! COMODO Cleaning Essentials and Killswitch are now parts of CIS
IMPROVED! Dramatically improved sandbox and virtualization
Virtualization has been improved significantly so that more applications are now able to run inside sandbox.
New sandbox allowed us to implement a whole new desktop with its own application ecosystem: Virtual Kiosk.
We have also introduced automatic virtualization of unknown applications for advanced users.

Today was release Comodo Internet Security 6 (2013) final version and you can downloaded from link bellow
    Download from here:

    Comodo Internet Security
    xttp://downloads.comodo.com/cis/download/installs/2000/standalone/cispremium_installer.exe

Or if you want just the Firewall
    xttp://downloads.comodo.com/cis/download/installs/1000/standalone/cfw_installer.exe

    Personal Note
It will be interesting to see if all the known bugs have been squashed
    Official release is tomorrow

Interesting they are doing the final release given how bad and buggy it sounded in the Comodo IS thread in the Other Anti-Malware section.

I've just installed CIS 6.0 final and configured. I like it even more.

I want to try the following. I tuned it to create rules for safe applications in D+ and FW. Then when all scenarios of my programs on the comp will have run I will put it in "lockdown mode" - Paranoid mode with blocked requests.

Is this your own story or did you copied and pasted from somewhere? If so what is your source?

Changelog is put under beta section so this is probably RC.
    Waiting for egemen to confirm....

It crashed my Firefox multiple times. (non sandboxed)
But when firefox in sandbox working fine. I think it is releated flash player.
I can open youtube, gmail ie but when i tried firefox, it crash. (When i disable real time security, ff working fine again.)

And, Sandboxed browser doesnt keep favorities, they gone when sandbox erased.

Internal updates are always pushed few weeks later.
Until then, you have to uninstall old version and install new manually.

I find myself liking the new Comodo Firewall version 6, especially the desktop sandboxing for safe browsing (they call it Virtual Kiosk)
But the Interface could take a while for me to get used to
the interface on Version 5 was great, it provided info where it was due and was easy to access
Here's me hoping that they would release a skin to get the old interface back on Version 6

It must be fairly stable or it would not be on majorgeeks or softpedia.
Nowhere on those sites does it mention beta in any way.

No, CIS v6 is actually a final release now. Though i'm questioning its quality even before i'm going to try it. From an unfinished beta test because of which i got into heavy argument, directly into a final version. That can't be too good...
