    Please carry on as follows:
    - generate an ESET SysInspector log
    - generate a Wireshark log from the process of failing update
    - compress the two logs, upload them to a safe location (I can provide you with access to ESET's ftp server) and PM me the download link

    Hello maaster

    See this article : Two simple filters for wireshark to analyze TCP and UDP traffic., Regarding your second question does help if you right click on the cmd module and choose run as administrator, then it should work. (hopefully)

    Regards, Janus

    wireshark says "NPF driver is not running.so there may be trouble in capturing"...so when I click capture-->interfaces ,it says "there is no interface running on which capture can be done"....do you know how to start NPF driver manually?

    I reinstalled wireshark and tried to capture ...but no packets have been captured....I think my network adapter is not listed there!I am in India and using Reliance netconnect datacard!

    @Marcos:
    Is there anyother easy way to solve the problem?I had sent you my sysinspector file....could you make something with it?

    The SysInspector log didn't reveal anything suspicious, all update servers were configured properly. What I could do is connect to your computer remotely via TeamViewer and check it out myself.

    You message is 5 days old. Did the update problem come back after deleting the files you mention? Because I have this update problem as well and just tried the solution you mentioned.
