As november is here already, hopefully we can build a list of promotions/discounts/coupons/giveaways and whatnot that companies will run on or throughout the Black Friday weekend.

I think it's a good idea. Just let the discounts available to people outside the US as well.

 

Well, I am going to try and get a $80 20" HP LCD monitor and $7 16GB PNY flash drive at Staples this year. Problem is they open at 5AM on Friday so I will be getting up pretty early. Hope the line isn't too long.

That's the idea, I remember software companies give out black friday discounts regardless of the country you order from. Specially when it's just a matter of licenses or product keys.

I'd like that. Some deals may not be available to people outside the US - we should try to note that when posting. Also so called "Black Friday" online deals sometimes start well in advance of the actual "day after Thanksgiving", so we need to keep our eyes open

Been checking some websites for good deals but i'm not really into black Friday anyways . . . (Remember i'm not from USA but i do order things online every now and then)

Well, I got my 16GB flash drive for $7 and a 20" HP monitor for $80 at Staples. It opened at 5am. I got there at 7am and the place was dead. They still had a barrel bull of flash drives and quite a few of the monitors left.

 

Looks like these links are only available for the US.

 

I'm in Mexico and I was able to get them. I didn't buy anything, tho.
