Problem with spyware...HT Log here

I am on ¨the comp of my friend that doesnt know anything about spyware prevention and so on and the comp is full of spyware, malware, adware and other scumware... I have not seen computer so full of this crap

I already did what I am able to do - installed and ran updated AA and SD, after some searching DLed and ran CWS and Hijack this (there is some bastard in the comp that forbids access to CWS and Hijack This homepage), ran CWS and HT, stopped all processes that I suspected were scumware in the Task manager and here is the Hijack This Log:

Please answer somebody to me ASAP and tell me what to delete - I have some suspections, some stuff is clear to me, but I certainly dont see everything that is bad here

Seems fixed, I tried to fix it by myself, AA, SD and CWS dont alert about anything and this stupid advertising strip hanging under the address bar is gone too - even after restart, seems as good work
