Can I swap a license between two computers?

Hello, I own a smart security license and have a computer. In the next weeks I'm going to buy a new computer.

I won't use the old computer anymore, only in the case that the new computer gets faulty and I have to use the old one till it gets repaired.

So the question is: Can I use my license, always in one computer at the same time, swapping between computers in case I need it?

Honestly I don't want to buy another license for the old computer which will be in the wardrobe all the time.
