Unable to import Endpoint Security settings

Hello,
our company has been using Eset Smart Security Business Edition 4. We bought new computers and want to migrate to Eset Endpoint Security. All our licenses are valid and working. I installed Eset Enpoint Security on fresh new computer. I went to old computer and exported Eset Smart Security Business Edition 4 configuration settings to .xml file. This feature is not new for me. I have been doing this earlier times between other computers which uses Eset Smart Security Business Edition 4. Every time this export/import feature worked fine. But now then i import these .xml settings from Eset Smart Security Business Edition 4 to new computer with Eset Endpoint Security nothing happens. Its not working. I dont know why, but Eset Endpoint Security does not want to import these settings. No reaction at all. I search advanced setup, but no changes are imported from .xml file. After system restart i can not see any changes too. Also i have been trying function Run as Administrator on windows 7 32-bit system and then import .xml, but it does not help to upgrade Eset Endpoint Security setting changes. Can you help me?

 

Just a guess, but settings from say a BMW 325i do not work in a BMW 740LI.

 

NOD32 and EndPoint Security have different configuration trees. I'm pretty sure you can't import settings from v4 to v5. I believe the way you can do it is to take one of your NOD32 clients, upgrade it to Endpoint Security and then export the settings from the upgraded client.
