I have submitted these files to eset at samples@eset.com one week ago,
but still these files are not included in signature defenation .

I found no other option but to seek help on forum. i found my pc infected with these 2 viruses which eset didnt detected at all.

I thought i should submit these files to eset. i did it one week ago, but still these files are not detected :( .

I have eset smart security 4.2.71.2 with max settings and update: 7503
I am attaching these in a compressed rar file.
    Process to get the attachment:

    1]Download the infected1.txt file.
    2]rename the file to infected1.rar
3 extract the file with password: deva

kindly include these virus definitions as soon as possible. All the other antivirus softwares detect these files as viruses.(i checked it on virustotal.com).

waiting for a moderator to reply .
    thanks and regards,
    Deva

Snipped: attachment containing potentially malicious files removed.

autoupdate.exe - an old Autoit script that downloads legit files
    ystart102.exe - being looked at

Only for the latter, the former autoupdate.exe is clean.

Seriously eset should work some auto reply or should respond to files submitted to them. Previously some time i used to get some response on the files submitted to samples@eset.com. But i dont get response any more. i submitted this file to eset 4-5 days ago. Still no response.
i am attaching this file too .

rename file to infected.rar n extract it with password : infected.

    thanks and regards,
    Deva

Please do not attach potentially malicious files here, instead provide the SHA1/MD5 hash or details about your submission (e.g. the subject of the email). As for the file, it looks to be a benign non-functional file at the first sight. I'll be able to provide more details tomorrow.

And another time i have mailed new sample virus i found online to samples@eset.com . I didnt get any reply at all neither are the there detection's included in updates. o_O

I again request eset group to be kind enough to reply to the sample mails they receive , we want our eset product to be the best out there . :) and if we are trying to contribute for it please give some feedback right away. I am sorry to say ,i had kaspersky in my pcs previously , whenever i used to submit files to them , they would ALWAYS reply to me about it, may it be positive threat or clean file. !!. But i hardly get any reply whatsoever from eset.

I am not attaching the file here this time as per request. i dont know how to get the MD5 code for the file so i am sorry for that. but i have these 4 virus files with me which i have submitted to eset subject to mail as Suspicious trojans
attached file is infected.rar and my email id : ~Removed for users protection~
(date submitted : 29th Sept at 9.42am by IST.)
i have submitted these files to samples@eset.com and samples@eset.sk .

And still awaiting any kind of reply.

    thanks and regards,
    Deva
