    Hi together,

we have very strange problems after installing the latest 5.0. RA Server and Console on our Management-Server.

We can't connect to the WSUS (not high priority) but the biggest problem is, that after installation, we can't connect to the Citrix XenApp Web GUI.

On this site [for example: 192.168.1.60] we get the ESET RA Web GUI... that's not very funny on a TS-Environment.

    Any Ideas?

The new ERAC has it's "Dashboard" feature that is running a webserver on port 80. You should be able to disable the Dashboard (or stop the service). I believe the Dashboard settings are under Service Options -> Other Settings -> Dashboards.

This is most likely caused by a port conflict, between the ESET Remote Administrator Dashboard, and the Citrix XenApp Web Interface.
In order to resolve this issue, you can change the port(s) that ESET Remote Administrator uses, to display Dashboard reports.

Please Open ESET RA Console and navigate to the following setting:

    1. Open the ESET Remote Administrator Console (ERAC) by clicking Start All Programs ESET ESET Remote Administrator Console ESET Remote Administrator Console.

    2. Click the Tools Server Options... Advanced tab
    3. Click, Edit Advanced Settings
    4. Expand, ESET Remote Administrator ERA Server Settings Dashboards
    5. Now change the HTTP server port, to another value, such as ":8080".
    6. Click, Console to save your changes

NOTE: After you change any, or all of the ERA Dashboard HTTP, HTTPS ports, you will then need to restart the ESET Remote Administrator service, to load the new configuration.

*(Please verify that the port you want to use is available, by performing a netstat, from the Windows Command line).

    For example:

If you run the following command from the Windows command prompt, it will show if another process is using port “:8080”, and also provide its PID number, which you can then use to locate the actual name of the process, by configuring Windows Task Manager to display PID information within a column.

    netstat -aon |Find ":8080"

The following URL explains how to display PID information within Windows Task Manager:

I am also seeing an issue with the RA Web dashboard, irregardless of what port I set it to (8181 right now)... nothing ever loads.

    *Edit: got it..
