No Client Update

How do I make client be able to update from the server again? Client have not been able to update just recently as they used to and almost half of the client PCs do not show on the console.

 

If you check a client's settings locally, are they actually set up to connect to your ERA server?
If you run update manually, what error do you receive?

 

Having the same issue as well. Non of the clients will update.

Doing the update manually says. "Internal Server Error"

 

If you try to update from ESET's servers, does it work? Could you try restarting the ERAS service and see if it makes a difference?
