PC not showing in Console!

Hi,

I've been using WSA for more than a month and scanned numerous times. My pc is not shown in the Console. But it says, 'Once the initial scan has completed, the PC should appear here within a few minutes'.

What's wrong?

I assume the Keycode which is activated inside the WSA software > My Account is also the same Keycode as listed in your web console under your email address > Manage Keycodes?

If you send me a PM with your Keycode then I will take a look and see if anything is wrong

 

Yes the Keycode activated from within the software is the same from Manage Keycodes in the Webroot Console. In fact I copy the Keycode from the Manage Keycodes and paste in the software every time I want to use WSA.
