    Hello,

Does anyone know of a plug in or app that will add "open in a new tab" to the context menu in IE's Bookmark drop down?

I use that feature profusely in Firefox and would like to add it to IE if I can.

    Thanks ahead of time!

    That option exists in IE9.

I don't believe that option exists in the Bookmark (Favorites) *dropdown* from the menu bar in IE; it exists only with links in the actual Favorites bar.

The context menu in Firefox has an "Open in a New Tab" selection in both the Bookmarks dropdown and the Bookmarks sidebar.

o_O Open Link in New Tab should be the first item in the context menu when you right click a link.

    - Whoops, you specified Bookmarks. It works on the Favorites Bar...

    Thanks to all!

I had never used the Favorites bar - I guess because most of the time I use Firefox and only use IE when a website doesn't display right in Firefox. But it will work well so I need to retrain myself . . .

    Regards,
    Bob

Ctrl+clicking any link anywhere will open it in a new tab, in nearly all browsers.
