I am clueless on this. I have uninstalled and reinstalled ESET repeatedly with the same results. When first installed ESET integrates correctly with Windows Live Mail. I can right click on an email and I see ESET in the context menu with options to interact with the email. After about 2 or 3 exits from Windows Live Mail ESET has disappeared from the right context menu. The only way to get it back is to uninstall and reinstall ESET again. It is only a matter of time before it disappears again. Has anyone had this issue with ESET in Windows Live Mail and have you found a solution?

    Many thanks!

I occasionally get this problem. A reboot has always fixed it for me.
Do you have any other real-time security software installed?

no....no other realtime security installed. I scan with Malewarebytes occasionally but that is it. I have tried rebooting but that doesn't work.

    Hello,

I am currently using version 5.2.9.1 Matter of fact, Eset was integrated within Windows live Mail this morning when I left for work. Tonight after booting up I see it has disappeared yet again.

Another thing I just came across. I have noticed that if i go to settings and disable both email client protection and antispam protection until next start up, and then reboot my computer, that it comes back.

Don't like to have to do this all the time but it is better than a full uninstall and reinstall of ESET.

With WM not running, if you disable integration with WM, click OK and re-enable it, does it solve the problem temporarily?

I haven't tried that yet, but the next time it disappears I will try that and post back the results.

Well, it disappeared again and I did try what you suggested and after doing that ESET does appear again in Windows Live Mail. So I guess I will just do this when it disappears. Still haven't a clue as to why it disappears. Thanks for your suggestion!

It does not solve the problem "temporarily".
I have followed this knowledge base article http://kb.eset.com/esetkb/index?page=content&id=SOLN2866 with no toolbars appearing in WLM 2012.
I still can't get the "context" menu, all I get is a storage folder.
P.S. I did not want to start another thread with the same topic, so I searched and added this comment .. I am NOT hijacking the thread.
    Cheers :D

You are right...it does NOT solve the problem. I have tried everything and to this date NOTHING works. Why can this not be fixed? Even after completely uninstalling and reinstalling ESET will it work again and this only for a very short time before it disappears again. Very frustrated about this not working.
