I might go back to NVT anti-exe or even appguard. Now I remember why I ditched my RT AV.

    I'm trying Immunet Free :D
Looks like its scanning speed got a bit faster because of cacheing.

Hmm, just a thought, wouldn't it be counterproductive if a keylogger is already present in your main system? As it would still capture keystrokes translated from your system to the virtual environment.

Maybe it's better to run a live CD for banking instead of running Linux Mint in Vbox.

Decided to remove avast today after lots of recent fp trouble on my gaming machine. So I'm giving roboscan internet security free a go as it's something I've not tried before. Seems pretty light so far, first update took an age though.

I can also use on-screen keyboard to prevent logging of keystrokes. But logger can still take pictures of my screen ...
The best would be to run live CD, but I can't use this, because I need my personal certificate to identify when logging in my account.

ZoneAlarm Extreme Security. ZoneAlarm's Firewall combined with Kaspersky's AV engine.

Z/A got good results in one of the most recent AV test reports so giving it a whirl.

Last things first. The extents that people will go to avoid installing (or buying) an Antilogger are absurd. Are you going to actually use the onscreen keyboard as a norm? For the price of a cheap date you can purchase Zemana AntiLogger.

    It functions as an Anti-keyLogger, Anti-screenLogger, Anti-clipboardLogger, and Yes - An Anti-WebcamLogger.

With the newer machines, webcams are just a tiny dot above your screen. In the last 3 days Zemana has alerted me that a program called "pcdsysinfovideocapture.p5x" was trying to access my built-in webcam. Zemana even identified PC Doctor, Inc. as the culprit. (what else can I call an organization that attempts to surreptitiously take my Picture.)

"PC-Doctor, Inc. is a privately held corporation headquartered in Reno, Nevada. The company was founded in 1993 as Watergate Software, Inc. in Emeryville, California. The company became PC-Doctor, Inc. in early 2000 and moved its headquarters to Reno, Nevada in late 2003." source: WIKI

What fool wants a shot of me with a cigarette in my face? And for what purpose... Watergate Software? (bad flashbacks)

No security arsenal is complete without a proven AntiLogger
    I also use Norton 360
    Emsisoft Anti-malware
    HitMan
    NetLimiter

-and all my Mozilla addons are anti-tracker related. Ghostery and TrackMeNot come to mind, along with Masking Agent and Disconnect products.

Many people use that comb and they say it's powerful. They use the tricks from a Kid here with a smoking baby avatar to avoid conflicts.
