We're experiencing some problems after BT has "upgraded" its email system, to Office 365.
One of the BT "helpdesk" people told our person that the problem is with the Eset installation.
Now I know that's just baloney, but I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced the same response from BT ?

I have BT email and use ESS, and touch wood have not experienced any trouble other than a certificate problem that would not be accepted. Disabling HTTPS protocol scanning stopped that.

Easiest way to check is to disable or even uninstall ESET, see if the problem still exists and then re-enable or reinstall. If the problem goes away after removing ESET, then they may be right. If the problem is still there with ESET removed then, as you thought, ESET is not the cause of the issue.

Thanks both for your comments, much appreciated.
No it's definitely not Eset related. I spent time today changing pop & smtp servers, that's where the problem lies. Got the PC in the office working fine, also the laptop, except it won't send from home tonight - that's a BT authentication issue.
It's definitely not helpful when the ISP blames the anti-virus when the problem is that the ISP changed servers :)
