Question about SecureAnywhere

Hi there..

I have around 400 days left on my PrevX license,but today I bought SecureAnywhere essentials,and I am in doubt where to ask this question,but here goes.Do you think I can get some prolonging on my S.A?I think its a shame so many days there are back on the PrevX license just end in a bin?
I know there are several from Webroot that read this forum,so I thought it could be a good idea to ask here.

Your Prevx license will eventually be auto-upgraded to a SecureAnywhere license so you'll end up with two keys. We could then probably merge them together, but we're in the process of major changes in this area (which is why it's been taking so long to get this done) so I can't say for certain when it will be finished.

 

Question solved..

I contacted Webroot,and told them about the situation,and they gave me 395 days on top of my new SecureAnywhere Essentials 365 days,so I am very satisfied.
