Maybe I am just being paranoid but the beginning of the sound track sounds slowed down and muffled then sped up and the Video track is time scaled too fast anyway I only watched a few minutes. I wouldn't trust this Video, I get the feeling of being manipulated.

I think it's meant to be sped up.

The video shows how somebody configures Sandboxie to always open files within a certain folder inside a sandbox.
At the beginning and the end he shows that the system is malware free.

What I don't understand is why he manually cleans the sandbox during the process of opening and running all malware samples.
While it made it easier to follow the "running tasks" window it was completely unnecessary to do and just confuses the audience.

Whatever the reason is, Sandboxie always opened those files inside a Sandbox, no process escaped into the system
(some seemed to not even start while others started but couldn't obtain rights to run) and when the Sandbox contents were emptied,
    nothing survived inside the Sandbox.

Total protection proven. Or maybe not.
I believe Sandboxie is sufficiently safe and if configured to not let something inside access something outside, then my experience tells me it is indeed.

    Greetings
    D.

It only works with the registered (paid) version of Sandboxie,
and it is really easy to do. Here's the tutorial from their website:
    http://www.sandboxie.com/index.php?ProgramStartSettings#program

One can individually choose programs which always have to start sandboxed (for example your PDF viewer),
and you can choose folders, where all files inside will be opened sandboxed when evoked (works also mouse-over actions):

Sandboxie Control > Sandbox Settings > Program Start > Forced Folders

    Greetings
