    Hello there and well met.

Shortly, I followed the guide to create a rescue medium: I downloaded and isntalled the latest Windows Automated Installation Kit, downloaded the 32-bit MSI file of NOD32, rebooted, started Sysrescue and tried to create the medium on an USB storage pen (but also on a simple ISO file), but all the times Sysrescue works for a couple of minutes and then, after showing something like "Mount an image" and a 100% percentage of this single operation, displays an error citing "wrong parameter" (or "invalid parameter" or "incorrect parameter": I'm translating from the localised string I receive).

My OS is Windows 7 x64 and I use ESET NOD32 Antivirus 5.2.9 (x64), if it can help.

Thanks for replying, even if a bit late.

Anyway, yes, I absolutely, religiously followed those instructions. The error was there, always, preventing me from creating the rescue disk (I had to download Kaspersky one from their official website, at last, to solve my problem).

I suspect a bug in NOD32 and, if it can be useful to you to any debug, I use the english version of NOD32 over the italian localised one of Windows 7 x64: maybe that could be the culprit (I can't use NOD32 in system language because the italian version is still 4.x........).

    Hello,

Can you tell us the exact version of Microsoft's Windows Automated Installation Kit you used to create the ESET SysRescue disc?

    Regards,
