What is your security setup these days?

Hello, Great thread always learn something new. This is my current setup I have been using for a few months with no problems. Please let me know if you can think of any additions:

-ESET Smart Security 5 with interactive HIPS & FWL.
-Secondery AV- Sophos AntiVirus Tool & Malwarebytes Anti-Malware.

-Firefox with Trusteer Rapport, WOT, ABP. I’ve tried noscript but it slows it down too much.
-EMET Maximum for all Internet Facing apps.
-Secunia PSI-Very cool for managing patches.
-A few tweaks like UAC and Host File.

-OpenDNS with content filtering.

If you're not using a paid subscription of OpenDNS you could consider switching to Norton ConnectSafe.

Yes norton connectsafe works very well.

 

A few suggestions: Remove Trusteer Rapport, it is useless. As in previous posts, I would suggest Norton ConnectSafe over OpenDNS. Also I would add HTTPS Everywhere & HTTPS Finder addons to firefox. Also maybe add another on-demand scanner like Emsisoft Emergency Kit.

I agree heck with testing orgs.Have you seen some post in here and around the net about the siefef trojans going around and Eset was about the only one picking up on it but having trouble cleaning it.Then other recommended popular scanners to run that where not even detecting it at all. Credit to Eset for at least detecting it.

 

How it works for you?From my experience it slows down a lot both my browsers.
