    Removed OpenDNS and DNSCrypt. It kept dropping my connection, and I got tired of monkeying with it.
    Back to Norton ConnectSafe, which needs no attention. :thumb:

    @KelvinW4
    I've noticed some delay opening and navigating the browser. Also the learning curve takes time, so it may feel a bit sluggish (heavy). After using it for about a week, I've only had one problem with Keepass, but it seems to have resolved itself. Performance doesn't seem as bad now, but that could simply be that I've adjusted or grown accustom to it. I've got no complaint with bufferzone, but something about sandboxie still seems more appealing. Not sure why though.

    @Page42
    Ditto ... connection performance was less than desirable. I'm still looking for an alternative.

    I'm finding the trifecta consisting of Sandboxie - Emsisoft Anti-Malware - Comodo Firewall hard to beat...runs smooth, low drain on resources and no conflicts that I've been made aware of.

    Very few alerts to speak of except during the occasional install or outbound connection.

    Looks like I just may hold on to this one. :thumb:

    I'm still running it on my wife's computer as it lends itself to a very simple and effective setup of Sandboxie - PrivateFirewall - Shadow Defender. Strong protection with no daily updates to manage.

    In my case, I had been running PF recently until I had a "whoops" moment after testing out Outpost Pro Firewall which gave me a few issues...so I restored from one of my recent images and now Comodo's back on. (I alternate on Macrium and Drive Snapshot)

    PF is still a great firewall (and definitely my other "go-to"), but after numerous discussions with kjdemuth and kees via pm over the past couple of weeks I've decided to stick with Comodo for the time being.

    That said, they each run very smoothly on this machine and I wouldn't lose any sleep using either.
