Paid VPN recommendation

I want to use the following method (no logging in to accounts via this method)

You > VPN > Tor > Remote site

However, I know nothing about VPNs and am hoping someone can answer two questions:

1) what is the most secure and trustworthy paid VPN?

2) Can I log out of a VPN if I need to use a site that requires I have my old IP address (geospecific IP address)?

 

Is the same as method 1 mentioend here?

Personally I've been reading about AIRVPN and BolehVPN

 

SecurityKiss stores IP address/timestamp logs for 10 days, per their FAQ. This may be acceptable if you're generally a "well-behaved" user, i.e., someone whose everyday internet activity is unlikely to generate any real-time complaints... if not, I'd be inclined to look elsewhere.

I use Mullvad. You download their client which gives you a 3 hour trial. You write the subscription number on a piece of paper. You send them $7 per month in the mail in an envelope with that subscription number. That is all the info they require. They don't keep any records whatsoever. There is an option that drops the connection all together if you are no longer connected through Mullvad. That is a key thing with any VPN. Most do not have this feature.
