Help with Mamutu multiple licenses

    Hello All,

    Hopefully someone has an answer to this. I bought a 3pc 1 license package for mamutu. On my personal computer the first license took fine. But on the other computers(one of them is 600 miles away) the license says invalid.

    Im obviously doing something wrong. Does computer 2 and 3 need to have the same user name and password?

    Any step by step guide to do this would be great. I didnt have this kind of problem with a similar license package with hitman pro.

    Saty...all licenses are bought by one user as one package...right?...and by this way all licenses have to be registered with the same data on one account in Emsisoft. Your registration was OK...other two should be also if login/mail adress and password would be the same as yours.
    If I'm not helpful you should visit your Mamutu account and write the support ticket.

    what ichito said......and also write to Emsisoft Support. The Support Team will solve all your problems.

    Did you entered your license key once again on another computer? If yes, then you are doing it wrong. Don't enter your key (coupon) once again, because it has been converted to license.
    While you are installing Mamutu, just enter email and password to your Emsisoft account.
