I am running Win7 SP1 all updates. The Nod32 5.0.95.0 Notification icon (lower right in Explorer) only responds to mouse clicks once then is click-dumb. I have to launch from the Start ball. I have uninstall/reinstalled Nod32 v5 3 times.

    Is this its intended functionality?

Do others see this or is my setup snafu'd?

    Thanks,
    Steve

If I understand correctly you are saying the tray icon responds to mouse clicking once and then won't anymore? This is not normal, no. Any issues with other tray icons?

Perhaps it'd be worth contacting Customer care and providing them with a SysInspector log which might reveal 3rd party software potentially causing this issue.

Repeated threads about this same issue, maybe its time ESET got a fix out for this one? I know I've followed all the recommendations on fixing this issue, nothing has worked.

What is the timeline on the next patch from ESET? Or are there any beta patches out there we could test with?
