Did you have an Server Problem

the upload always fails, no matter what kind of file it is. They seem to have a server problem.

 

Thanks, but my resolution is the recommended 1366x7xx.
Yet every time I install it it goes to 800x600.
Any help?

 

There was indeed a server problem. Should be fixed now.

 

I have 2 questions:

1. Is there any plan for a HitmanPro with real-time protection?

2. Is HitmanPro.Alert coming out this week or next?

If I reinstall Hitman Pro after 30 days - could I activate another free licence for further 30 days?

 

No. I know, I tried. lol. Kidding aside, I actually uninstalled HitmanPro after using up the trial, and then decided to put it back again just to scan downloaded files. Having second opinion is never bad . (I also put it back again because of their new product. lol)

A while ago, I use my parents desktop, to my surprise I can't visit Wilders, Microsoft, etc. I smell something fishy so I think I'm going to do a scan. I choose to download HitmanPro instead of MBAM (because I just need a portable scanner). HitmanPro detected an infection, I activated trial, reboot, and BAM!, I can access all the websites again. .

 

I am running 3.6 153 on an xp sp3. My scan time for the last 9 months or so has been 2 minutes and a few seconds. suddenly out of nowhere scans have started taking 10m 45s. No changes or new software. I did not check EWS by mistake. Anyone have a idea? my other scans like MBAM and SAS are fast as hell.

 

How do I deal with this check?
I'm using W7 Pro x64 and my screen resolution is 1366x768.
When I dl Hitman Pro it changes the resolution to 800x600 and
I can't access the settings or anything else. I have to shut it down
using task manager, remove HP then reset my screen res,
I use Chrome as my main browser.
Need help.

HitmanPro is doing well here! EWS scan very quick.

Also one thing what i just like to note is that when someone format their
computer at least one time per month then people can always activate
fresh trial license. I believe that this situation is with other company products too...Anyway just like to inform HMP developers

I personally don´t support this kind of behaviour (formatting computer every month).

It's not really a matter of supporting it... Users have the right to format the HDD as many times as they want. That's something software developers have to accept and understand.

Yes I have Erik. Several times and it is always between 10-11 minutes. This has never happened before. It has always taken 2 minutes plus a few seconds. No new software so I don't understand. Still scans fine - just much slower? Does not find any problems - thank goodness. The computer is fast as ever on other programs. Plenty of ram.
