You may never experience the FPs though, but its your choice and if your worried about it, then you have to do what you got to do.;)

Personally only had 1-2 false positives with WSA and that isn't enough to deter me from using it either.

If anyone notices any they can report them to Webroot and they'll be cleared in no time.

WSA-E hasn't caused me any problems, but I've had a couple of false positives from other security programs that were enough trouble to straighten out that now the false positive ratings are the first thing I look at in tests. In effect, fp's might as well be malware for me and because of Sandboxie I feel comfortable using an AV that is better at fp's than detection, such as MSE.

But given that, I liked WSA-E and will be following tests and the Webroot/Prevx threads, looking for the improvements that are sure to come.

Absolutley agree.False positives can be a nightmare.I look for a balance between good detection and low false positive.

I had a few false positives with WSA up to the version tested by AV-C (v8.0.1.95) but the subsequent bug and performance tweaks have rendered not one FP and much better overall performance...

Hi J:) Was busy lately. But I'm back. Yeah I'm running all those together in real time. They eat a lot of RAM. But I believe they make my system bullet-proof against malware.

I would use drive snapshot if it was free. I just don't see the necessity of a paid backup solution/imaging software yet, as my requirements are little and simple. Keriver 1-Click Restore serves me well.
