Connected to the net but not accessing, Eset AV on, Comodo free FW on, and I get a red Eset message saying "Invalid Username and Password"
I was not doing anything with my Av at the time.

This is extremely worrying because I recently had a Backdoor infection.

If you have a Username/Password entered in the advanced update setup (F5), what message do you get when you click Help and Support -> Verify license validity?

I´m afraid I not seeing this --- Verify license validity --- under Help and Support.
When I open the username and password dialogue the details are present and it accepts my "Ok".

Could you explain better how to find what you need to know?

    Now I see our difference.
I have Anti Virus 5 and you have Smart Security 5. AV4 doesnt have the item you showed as Number 2.

I received the message a second time yesterday.
I think I shall make an official support request.

    Thank you for your help.
