    I don't run a 64 bit OS, but if I did:

    Win7 FW, UAC, EMET, Sandboxie

"maybe" MSE, only cuz I hear it runs really light/stable on 7. Or Panda Cloud. I'm not opposed to real-time AV's so long as they don't slow me down. At present they do, with 1 GB ram on XP.

    Currently running:
    ESET Smart Security 5
    SAUPERAntiSpyware 5 Pro (on demand)
    MalwareBytes' Anti-Malware Pro (on demand)

    Have licenses for:
    Norton Internet Security 2012
    Kaspersky Internet Security 2012
    Outpost Security Suite Pro

All of them seem to work fine on x64. It all depends on what I feel like on a given day.
