Can I get help shortening boot time?

as a example the 6150 video driver on some hp's caused this "black" screen wait time.. uninstalle the driver and bam windows boots almost instantly..its a process of elimination..

update- After fooling around with some of the answers ( i said i wasn't
comfortable doing) wound up taking 5 mins to load firefox then could not download any web pages. Decided to restore pc to to the time of purchase.
now all is well.

 

Now that you're good again, why don't you get Rollback Rx so the next time your computer gets goofy, all you will have to to is go back to an earlier snap shot. I've been using it since November and it has saved my bacon twice so far. http://www.horizondatasys.com/169614.ihtml

 

that sounds great tw but I already have to a restore to factory settings plus Bounce Back ultimate which makes an exact copy of the the entire contents of my windows hard drive .But I'm going to check your soft ware Thanks.
