    This is the first time i came across this so,this what the forum post says:

    That looks a lot like Comodo System Cleaner.
    It's freeware that I'm trying at the moment.

    Great software but pay attention on the settings: it wiped all my browser favorites, passwords...

    B y default settings it doesn't deletes what you have mentioned, atleast Internet explorer. I dont know about other browsers but I think same goes for other browsers too.
