Cant get rid of worm, few things

They dont answer on phone in hebrew,
They dont solve the problems on email!
And i will not ecsept " stupid post" fron no one again! Go to hell!!!
1 i cant delet some files in the 3 temp folders the manual said to delete
2 the worm wont let me sent to eset support by email the zip with some worm i cant get rid of
Im stuck
3 i dont understand the log of the sysinspector
4 i dont know how to know the resolts of the sysrescu

I realy want to backup the pc before sending to formating without the virus in it, there no sense in puting the virus back into formated pc
You need any print screen or specific info?
The virus is dorkbot worm
And the free microsoft scaner fount another the eset didnt and
Partialy cleaned
What partialy meens?
The pc is slow
Nothing weird happenes
But ive had enough with procrastinating

As i said, the email wont send to eset, i tryied and tryied!!!

I asume the worm blocks the email from working!!!!
Tryied both gmail and windows live mail, both failed to send!!!
Help!
And i scaned with malwarebytes and microsoft malware somthing free
Not working!
