If I'm in the middle of something and the battery in the mouse dies I tend to momentarily think the the PC has frozen until I realise the mouse has died. I tend to gesture at the mouse at this point b4 rummaging for another AA battery.

For Chrome YES. (Really useful and speeds up my browsing experience a LOT, specially when i use the keyboard at the same time)
    For other browsers NO.

For laptops i LOOOOOVE multitouch!! The best thing for a browser after the physical mouse. Without multitouch surfing the web with a track pad SUUUUUUUUX :D :D

anything that can help saves times is welcome.

plus, how many miles does your mouse needlessly travel every day? ;)

I use MyIE2 and it has several gestures configured for my mouse but i only use a few of them..

    1) Double clicking a tab closes it

Thats about the only gesture i use thats listed in "Mouse Gestures" :D

i just installed this little beauty called Just Gestures:

i was using mouse gestures in Chrome but i wanted to try one that can be used for Windows as well.

Just Gestures removes the limitations of using Chrome extensions for this task.
plus it can be used with any Windows app! :thumb:
    ------------------------------------------------
here's a few ones i use with Chrome.
these can speed up your browsing considerably.

Backward = alt + left arrow
Forward = alt + right arrow
Previous Tab = ctrl + page up
Next Tab = ctrl + page down
    New Tab = ctrl + t
    Close Tab = ctrl + w
    Undo/Reopen Close Tab = ctrl + shift + t
    -Close Other Tabs-
    Reload = F5
    Stop Loading = Escape
    Full Screen = F11
    Page Top = Home
    Page Bottom = End

I'm using all-in-one gestures for firefox and opera build-in mouse gestures. Can not live without them.

You need an extension for this? It should be built in.

who else beside Opera has built-in mouse gestures?

anyway, i'm using mouse gestures globally now, not just for Chrome.
some global actions are also used by Chrome, of course.
i have 3 more gestures for Chrome only not shown on the pic.

here's a screenie of my setup:

    hotkey + gestures.

do you mean like you have to push a key on your keyboard to enable mouse gesture first?

    sorry i don't know.
there is no keyboard modifier for Just Gestures, it's all mouse.

a program that can hangle the intensity of the gesture

for example a gesture like -> could be a hotkey like (+)
a gesture like -> but made so ----------> could be like more then 1 hotkey but several hotkeys for example(++++)

i use sometime strokeit but it has this feature

do you know a program that can do it?
