I suppose it's the time zone thing... It can be quite confusing sometimes...

 

I'm just saying we think alike.
I thought Agnitum would want to be aware, and so sent them pertinent info, including screen captures of Jotti and VirusTotal scans.

but no prevx in the beta I see....well now that prevx is a part of webroot......will hmp include webroot in it's cloud scanner?.......

 

No, it should bring back Avira now that i have uninstalled it from my machine

 

This was already discussed why the Prevx 3 engine was removed and why the new engine is not included in HMP.

 

And, according to PrevxHelp, there's no indication that Webroot may license WSA engine. You had mentioned already.

Hopefully, for others who would like Prevx/Webroot, Prevx free will be upgraded...

I noticed that HitmanPro has the Shell Integration option grayed out. To be honest, I don't know for how long this feature has been there? lol I need to pay more attention...

Anyway, is it grayed out for the beta version or will it only be enabled for a future HitmanPro version?

 

HitmanPro needs to be installed for it to be an option. Remove beta from the filename in order to install, as previously mentioned.

Yes, I've seen erikloman (I believe), or the other loman, mentioning it.

 

I got a suggestion.

In the box where we can opt to place a copy on the system, we can schedule HitmanPro to automatically scan the system on startup. I'd like to suggest to a setting to specify to only do it if an Internet connection is found to be active, and to specify which one. It would be great if one could specify different Internet connection names, like it happens in Windows Task Scheduler.

What do you think?

Very nice feature Could you also add a list of killed processes to the Force Breach notification?

Oh yes, and I can't confirm if it has been fixed but if you did a right-click scan with 3.5 and there was an update available then it would update and return to the main menu instead of scanning the requested file.
