Where can I download directly the beta version ? Last release freezes again on my pc, so I can't upgrade at the beta from it.

Woah, so weird so many of you have problems with EAM, i've never had a single serious problem apart from an FP last year :D
In fact when my license expire, i'll renew it so i can max out discounts

I don't think you can download the latest betas manually apart from enabling it from the program itself, maybe just uninstall it and download the latest regular setup :D

    blacknight,

There is no Beta setup file.
I'd recommend you run the emsiclean tool (see Emsisoft forum) and reboot the machine before installing the latest release and if that's running without issues, enable Beta-updates to receive the 6.0.0.48 version.

Yep the constant development is nice. I would be using this if I still used an AV. :thumb:

I've been playing around with different security apps in the last couple of days and today I install Anti-Malware. After doing my first scan, I did a quick scan, it found 2 items that are considered PUP's that I used and I added them to the white list. I ran another quick scan immediately afterwards and it found 2 other items that it did not find with the first scan. These items I deleted. But I was wondering why they didn't show up on the first scan since it was using the same definition files? Just to plat it safe I'm running a full scan right now.

Also can some tell me how does the behavioral part of this software compare to a HIPS solution. I'm asking because I recently tried Defense Wall on my XP Pro machine, but unfortunately will not work on my newer x64 PC's.
    Thanks.

Lot of pop ups so far. I keep getting the "Anti-Malware has detected a connection attempt to the suspicious host:" on too many web sites, such as CNN, PC Mag, PC World, and so forth. How do I limit or silent this alert?

I changed everything to block silently and that has has made a big difference but I'm still getting some pop ups. Any ideas?

So to get rid of the pop ups you need to turn down your security. o_O There has to be another way.
