Win32 Trojan, clicker, Kryptic &^$&^

I have sent at least 2 requests to ESET since Monday. I need some help please. I am continuing to have blocks occur from variations of IP address 63.223.106.16:80,.. good but annoying and each time I scan I get 1 uncleaned file. Much is quarantined and cleaned except one file that keeps coming back. I sent a copy of the log file.

scvhost.exe(880) probably a variant of,..Win32/Sirefef.DA Trojan

Or is it a false positive for ekern.exe failing to start in Windows Services
