ESET Mail Security 4 for Exchange Server - incoming mail lost

    Hi all,

    I'm using ESET Mail Security 4 for Microsoft Exchange Server with SBS 2011 and MS Exchange Server 2010.

    My colleague reported that some incoming mail lost, and I'm try to trace, but cannot found any log from exchange and eset....

    Any way to solve it? Thanks!

    Update to eset mail security v 4.3, it includes a new log function.

    Also you should make sure that the antispam features within the exchange console is disabled. I think its under the hub transport configuration.
