If you were a beta user, you can uninstall/reinstall now and the transition of your keycode will work right now. We have to go through a lot of testing as we'll be transitioning literally millions of users and don't want anything to go wrong.

The lack of patience in this thread is truly amazing.

I consider you are waiting/using your free key/software...

    I'll try my paid key.

I have my own patience, you can have your own. *puppy*

I'm confused by this statement, does it relate to the WSA beta or Prevx? In my case I have the (private) beta installed and also have a (uninstalled) license for Prevx. Should I stay as is for time being or reinstall (beta or trial?) with the beta or Prevx key? I guess this will all be clarified in time but I just want to be sure that staying on the beta install/key is the right thing to do.
    Thanks

This only applies to Webroot 2011 users upgrading to 2012. You'll want to remain on the beta key for now as you're a Prevx user.

On WSAE <-> WSAC: Complete also has 10GB of Sync space versus 2 or 5 (Not sure) in Essentials. Complete also comes with shared Lastpass and shared Sync space for Adroid OS and iOS when it's ready.

It's 2GB per user in the Essentials product.

Which equates to the free version of Sugarsync. So I'm thinking now that what the Complete has over Essentials is bundled Lastpass, paid (10GB) Sugarsync and mobile device support.

I have a standalone Spy Sweeper 2011 license, to which version will it be upgraded?

    Thanks,

If I'm not mistaken, you will be upgraded to WSA (AV-Only), because they don't have a difference between AntiSpyware and Antivirus stuff anymore, and WSA will run alongside other AV just like SS.

Only downside comes at renewal when it costs $10 more. :(

Good Evening ! Currently using Secure Anywhere Essentials Complete...on the thirty day trial demo. Also a Prevx 3.0 with Safe on Line user. I have thirty nine days left on my Prevx license. Not wanting to sound like a broken record...but is there any communication from Webroot in regards to the One License issue...and being and offering a more competitive pricing of the product. I Feel $49.95 is a fair market price for the app...rational being that it's Prevx 4 with an added Firewall Booster Component. After all Webroot has to acknowledge that in these rough Economic waters that loyalty is a tough boat to keep afloat. Hopefully common sense and decency will prevail. Sincerely...Securon

WSAC = PrevX + Larger AV Database + More threat research capability + Cloud-based egress firewall + ID Shield (SOL) + LastPass on SSO + 10GB (Paid Equiv) of Online Storage (PER USER I believe) + Better URL filtering (Coming soon) + Android LastPass + Android AV + Android Security (In general) + Android Sync shared with your main sync + iOS URL Safe Browsing + iOS Password storage with SSO (Android Stuff and iOS Stuff coming soon)...

Rounding, WSA 1 is 40, WSA 3 is 50, WSAE 3 is 60 WSAC 3 is 80. I could maybe see $10 off for losing two seat, but that doesn't make too much sense in a manner... "$50 for one user, $5 for each of two more".

I think somebody already pointed out that the better way to look at it is that other vendors give one user for the same price with the same or less stuff. So consider it like you are buying one seat and getting two extra for free. Just like Buy One, Get One Free means you can get two for the price of one, but not get one at half price.

Everything comes with a cost. Getting three seats of this costs the same as one seat of the others. You can get free stuff, but often you get what you pay for in the free stuff.

*Shrug* It is what it is and it costs what it costs. If you decide it's not for you, then don't get it or watch for somebody to have a sale (Retailers do that. :) ). If you really want it, then buy it and enjoy it and try to look for positive ways to look at it.

Webroot has an outbound only firewall which is a kind of firewall booster which is designed to work with windows firewall.

That's correct, and Webroot will warn you when it sees that the Windows firewall is disabled (about an hour after you disable it, to prevent the user from getting prompted immediately).

    Hi,

I'd like to know if there's a way to buy WSA with PayPal. I don't like to use credit cards.

    Thanks! :D

I think there might be. Have you tried going to the web site and starting the purchase? The checkout might have PayPal options.

No, they don't have any options for PayPal. Quite bizarre because most vendors allow it.

Nevermind though I bought it through V3 UK then they upgraded me to WSAC for free... :D :D :D

Hopefully early next year, along with quite a few other languages as well.
