Are you giving full rights to WSA in OA's Firewall and HIPS and any pop-ups from Emsisoft Anti Malware?

Sorry I don't use them but you must give WSA full rights for it to work properly! Maybe someone that uses that combo can help?

    In addition to
    IE6, 7, 8, 9,
    FF 3, 4
    Chrome 10, 11, 12
    Opera 11
    Safari 5
please support SeaMonkey 2.3.3. It probably will because Ff and SM are similar in code. SafeOnLine works on my SeaMonkey now. The tech said it wouldn't. It does. At least the icon for it appears on SeaMonkey. What happens internally I dont know.
I run Prevx 3.0 and Webroot with SpySweeper now on my second Windows XP Pro SP3 to see if they work together, but I dont believe that they do. I've been having some freezes. I never have freezes until now. I've tried Prevx with several other antiviruses and it works well with 'em.I do it because I want to evaluate performance so to recommend or not. I run Prevx alone with Sandboxie and a software firewall on my main Windows XP Pro SP3 and haven't had problems. If your company continues the Prevx line I'll still use it.
So what is the tentative product list?

Please tell your folk to add SeaMonkey and K-Meleon; they are Gecko browsers, SeaMonkey is closer to Firefox. Especially support SeaMonkey.

You can manually add any application to be protected within the Identity Shield configuration page so while we won't necessarily fully integrate into these, we'll still protect your data.

If I was to buy a license for Webroot Internet Security Essentials, could I then use that license for SecureAnywhere?

Not at the moment but once we've finished the upgrade process, you will be able to.

One more question: Which version of SecureAnywhere would Internet Security Essentials entitle me to?

The equivalent of SecureAnywhere Essentials (it has a few additional features over what the current WISE has but it's effectively the same product SKU).

    PrevxHelp did say:
Please be patient as they [Webroot] have a lot of work to do with regards to the transition of licence keys from 2011 to 2012 products. When it is ready, I'm sure there'll be some kind of announcement on here, their website or by email if you're already registered.

    Wait? Why?

They should have thought transition issue before the official release. I consider this very unprofessional for security product. Furthermore, I don't like
all sort of excuses, no offense. I have paid money, they should deliver. They don't deliver, I wont pay and use another product.

Almost all other AV's and suites can handle old keys in their new releases...:isay:

Oh. Webroot is selling the software.

No matter if engine came from Mars or other place.

We're hoping to support the transition from Webroot users to SecureAnywhere by next week. Changes like this take time (transferring milllions of records from one database to others in completely different regions of the world is time consuming) and there are technical challenges to making the new product auto-upgrade the existing ones.

I'll let everyone know as soon as we're finished and the next update is released to support the process.
