Unknown alert

Hello friends..ESS 5 displaying following alert (see screenshot) 4-6 times per day randomly and I'm not familiar about it at all.also don't know to which section of eset that alert should relevant to.is anybody know about it ??

I'm using ESS 5.0.93.0 with latest database updates
(parental control removed from advanced setup and other settings are defaults)
Windows XP sp3

 

This is an issue that is currently being investigated. It would greatly help to submit a SysInspector log to your local Customer Care department.

Same alert, connecting Portable Medias or opening Disk Management.

2 month went by and still no 5.0 working with XP and removeable devices

 

ESS 5.0.95.0 german = No freezes, but still the same Error-Messages

 

5 month left, there`s still hope for a fix in ESS 5
