    1. Will WSA Essentials/Complete 2012 remain at the 3 PC price or will there be an option in the future for a reduced 1 PC license?

    2. What is the difference between the Identity Shield between these two versions as there seems to be some disparity between what is given on the main web site and some posts here. In particular, is the extra Password Management control found in WSA Complete the only difference?

    3. Any ideas on the time period over which 2011 versions can be updated to the new ones?

There has been much discussion on these forums about this as some users don't like the "up to 3 PCs" option currently being offered. What we do know is Webroot are looking into offering a 1-user Essentials/Complete licence key. This is a new product which is different to what either Prevx or Webroot have previously offered so there is a lot to sort out during this transition period.

Identity Shield is in both Essentials/Complete, and includes the new SafeOnline. The information on the website is incorrect; Prevxhelp did say he'd speak to marketing to get these details fixed. Password Management is only in the Complete version as an additional feature.

No specific time-frame has been set, but Webroot are keen to get this sorted as soon as possible once they're able to support the transition of licence keys from 2011 to 2012 products. All we know is this will be completed "very shortly".

Grayed icon with exclamation mark when using WSAC trial. :gack: :thumbd:

Instant fix? Uninstall and back to old IS suite? C'mon. These are basics...:isay:

This is a notification that the subscription is time-limited. We'll be changing this to only show when there are 7 days remaining but it's caused because it starts with 30 days remaining.

I am sorry, but it so ugly and gives a feeling that something is wrong.
Forcing to buy the security product on day one when trialing it is just plaing wrong.

Edit: PLUS THE ANNOYING POP UPS

EDIT2: No toolbar for Chrome. Seriously?

Have to uninstall. :'( Your marketing guys are from other planet. :argh:

We aren't forcing you to buy it but we agree that this isn't the best experience and it will be changed in the next update.
