Sorry. I've started a new thread by mistake. (It could be removed).
    Apple site honors him: http://www.apple.com/

Well, I guess that picture I posted a while back was the real deal after all. Going by it, I knew he had little time left, but there's always hope. Rest in peace, Steve. Your contributions changed the world.

Wow I am somewhat chocked at the moment. The "little time left" was really no time at all left!
And when he did resigned he knew what he was doing, he knew that it was the right time. But still I wish so much that he could have stayed in life for a little longer. Watching the new HQ rise up, seeing how Tim Cook is doing as their new CEO etc etc... But no :'(

Edit: And my condolences to his Family and to everyone at Apple Inc.

I have a feeling that Apple, under Mr. Cook, is going to become a very different environment. Steve is one of those kinds of guys that is probably now haunting the compound, making sure nobody is screwing up :D God bless him.

Very sad, of course. He was fairly young. Terrible way to go too.

Still, he left an impact and definitely will not be forgotten.

A true innovator he worked until the end. The only consolation he may have is that he went through his life like a lion without having to cope with some of the horror stories that old age often make people endure. Computer technology is still in its infancy, in the future his name from cult figure will become a myth: he has truly achieved immortality.

I am quite sad to hear this news. Jobs was a brilliant innovator who wasn't scared to think outside the box.
