My experience too when tested. I only use EAM since that is more than enough protection for me.

 

Yeah, for some reason the boot up seems to be affected when running both hat the same times, i'm not sure if it's due to software having issues or it's just too heavy. (I don't really think it's because of software problems or it would have been reported at the Emsi forum)

Emsisoft Anti Malware Beta Version 6 Build 40

Problem with saving permissions settings – fixed.
Not all areas of help button clickable – fixed.
Referral rewards program ads removed in server edition.
Warning message when trying to scan network drives added.
Internal changes to the license system to prevent license locking by accident.
Licenses are automatically re-mapped to the local PC during auto-update now.
Minor bugfix in license dialog.
