    (Windows 7 Ultimate SP1, 64-bit)
    (ESS 5.0.93.0 English.)

I open Windows Live Mail , where I have 5 different email accounts. Gmail.com , live.com , ec.rr.com , lavabit.com , nerdshack.com . I switched from the latest version 4 of ESS to ESS 5.0.93.0 and this error shows every time I open my Windows Live Mail. error starting antispam engine. [15]

I've tried uninstalling the program with your uninstaller 2011 , deleted all eset .reg keys , and hidden files left from the uninstall. ( eg. C:\Users\getyasome\AppData\Local\ESET) etc. Installed it again to have the same issue.

I've never had this error with version 4.2.71.2 of ESS , It's just a small issue I know . Anyone having the same issue and is there a solution.

    Thanks....

1, run the Uninstall tool in safe mode
2, boot to normal mode and install v5 without importing a configuration from v4.2

Do you connect via a proxy server? Also please paste here the information about installed modules (right-click the ESET tray icon and select About).

The thing is not all modules are visible. Hence I asked you to copy / paste this information here.

I'm also getting the same error and I'm missing the same modules.

    I have a clean install of Win7x64, Outlook 2010 and ESS 5.

Not sure what's causing the issue, but I will try to uninstall/reinstall.

I've installed/reinstalled several times and I've tried the clean uninstall tool but I still cannot get the missing modules to install.
