Xnotifier and Eset issue

Hello, for the last few days, every time I open my Chrome browser (15.0.874.24) I get the following warning popup in eset:

Address blocked.
http://xnotifier.cz.cc/alive.php
IP address.
127.0.0.1:1532

Any ideas why this is being blocked by Eset please?

Btw, Xnotifier is an extension for Chrome which checks my gmail accounts automatically and displays the number of unread messages...

 

I don't think that xnotifier.cz.cc should resolve to localhost.

 

I connect via a router, if that helps?

I tried accessing both www_·xnotifier_·cz_·cc and xnotifier_·cz_·cc in my web browser and neither worked. Are you certain the site is still online and available?

i also get blocked by ESET when accessing that address

 

For now, I've added that url to the list of non-filtered pages and all is well, but I would like to know what the actual cause is tbh.
