    Hi there!

1.) I was just trying to uninstall my Cybersecurity product v4.0.72.1 from OS X 10.7.1.

Eventually, every time i get this message ->
    http://img807.imageshack.us/img807/1623/screenshot20110821at204.png

2.) My start up time slowed down after the install, as well as the shut down. Instead of almost instant shut down (3-4 seconds) my shut down time is now over one minute!

If i quit Cybersecurity, shut down time is again normal.

    Please advise.

Update - this is getting interesting - if i quit Cybersecurity, shut down time remains over one minute, but if i try to uninstall it (and it fails - look the image above), shut down time comes back to normal - 4-5 seconds. After that, Cybersecurity is back and running again, although i've tried to uninstall it.

It seems that there is a problem with the Cybersecurity, it holds down Lion's shutting down process. Can somebody tell me if there are any alternatives regarding the uninstall process?

Think I'm unlucky to have trusted ESET on the antivirus solution for MAC, though I have very good experience with the NOD32 on Windows OS a few years back.

Removed ESET Cybersecurity from my MAC and happy that the system performance is back to normal. Someone recommended me Sophos, not sure how's the product behave .. o_O

Seems there are problems all around. I am still waiting for the CPU hog to be fixed. In addition, I too have both slow startup and shut down times. Unfortunately I just paid for a 2 year subscription. I will give ESET a little more time to try and fix some of these issues but if they don't I will be asking for my money back.
I do like the program but as I stated there are some quality control issues that need addressed immediately.

BTW: There is no Version: 4.0.72.2 to be found for download. The only available version is:
Version: 4.0.72.1, File size: 43.8 MB

Did a scanning test for 2 antivirus product for Mac OSX 10.7.1

Looks like ESET Cybersecurity is slow on the scanning speed :( And, I did uninstall the other AV before running the test. So, only ONE AV is installed and running on my Mac OSX 10.7.1
