Basicaly PC Mag LOL cash reviews NIS unique the best PC Mag

 

Ok everybody stop using Eset immediatley it only is rated 2 and half circles. Maybe they should put Eset on there test machine first before the malware.

 

Come on now that's not fair. It is not only PCMag that gives a good mark to NIS.

As always PC Mag Editors are not very skilled when to technical reviews comes.

 

Even if they have the reason in which some of the products they have evaluated are good, they fail to demonstrate that with a strong argument.

 

True NIS is very good product.

 

Any review should be taken with a pinch of salt to be honest, as there is no real world foolproof way of testing any antivirus program. Some will pick up viruses that others miss and vice versa. Any anyone thats very interested in proper pc security will run a seperate anti malware application like malwarebytes/superantispyware etc , as they are dedicated to one function and because they are free they get more samples submitted for malware.

Anything thats managed to bypass my ESET product in the years i have been using it since v2 have been very minor and not done any unrecoverable damage that cant be undone by using a scan using another application.

 

That review is inconsistent with most reviews of NOD32. Eset is considered one of the top 3 AV available. Cnet said in their review of NOD32 v.5 that Eset doesn't want to be the compnay with the most feature, but the one that does more with less. Instead of a bloated AV, you get a lean optimized program that is the fastest on the market. BTW, Norton is a good product, but it has a fatal flaw. It will quarantine and in some cases even delete a file without user permission or notice. There is no "ignore" option on these files. Examples include system administrator tools. I would never install Norton for that reason alone. No manual override - not on my computer.
