    I actually uninstalled SuperAdBlocker about a week ago after many years of use. It's still incompatible with IE 9 and FF 4+. But the main reason is that their primary product SUPERAntiSpyware was recently acquired by Support.com. SuperAdBlocker apparently was not included in the transaction and has been left out to dry. The developers are very evasive and ignorant in the SuperAdBlocker support forum.

    However, I did include Sponsored Ad Blocker in my freeware list since it's a handy piece of code that blocks sponsored ads from appearing on Google sites. I've since switched to the paid version of Ad Muncher, but Sponsored Ad Blocker can be good for those who don't want to pay for ad blocking capabilities.

    ThreatFire was a good program until I upgraded to Windows 7 x64. Then it stopped working, and the website hasn't been updated in quite some time.

    I can agree but many security apps won't work in 64-bit systems and it not means taht are already useless :) Even "old" are still my favourite :)

    SAB has been left out to dry for several years despite repeated promises from its developer to update and upgrade the program. It's apparently still advertised as a legit site and legit product. But it's really not much different than diamondcs which was kicked off wilders a few years ago. I believe he's made another recent promise to upgrade the program although I doubt anyone really believes it.

    I removed the Sponsored Ad Blocker program from all of my lists so that people don't get accidentally suckered into buying the abandoned SuperAdBlocker program that doesn't even work with current browsers.

    @ Daveski... always nice to see a fellow amateur astronomer :) Stellarium is a great product indeed. Had some great viewing nights here in the NE US right after the hurricane passed through.
