    How much time it takes to get a reply from the support-tech team? And is weekends off?

    I have re installed my OS as it got corrputed due to some other programs. And because of that im having... "Invalid license Warning" issues. Unable to register it with my serial key.

    :doubt: I mailed to tech support on Saturday. Its been now 4 days. I can understand that they are on leave on weekends but now Monday and Tuesday are almost passed.

    So is there anyone here who knows how long it takes them to reply or to reset the licensing server.

    I am in the same position. I have a valid reg code but rss won't let me register. I contacted tech sepport twice (first on Friday) but so far zippo.:thumbd:

    Just received the mail, issue has been resolved now.

    HI Mike,

    I installed a new OS and coz of that i had to format my system.

    I sent a mail to support with new installtion ID.

    Can you please get the license cleared of the system.
