    Hi,
After signing up again for the full suite, I got the same key which I got for the AV version, but for some strange reason that key is not working for the suite.

I keep on getting the same message, that it is not a valid key. Can you please look into it.

    Thanks,
    Ziaul

    1. Can I run it with my closed beta license or should I just sign up for the new Open beta?

    2. Is WSA developed to run with any other security application (e.g. I already run AV software)?

    Hi Joe,
One thing I noticed is that after I uninstalled the AV version and tried to install the suite, the key cannot be used. Even after I tried installing the AV version again, now the key doesn't even work with the AV version.

I am using it in a vmware workstation. Maybe that could be the reason, but I am going to contact support.

    Thanks
    Ziaul

You can sign up for a new license key if wanted - that should ensure you will get the right functions. WSA can indeed be used alongside any other security application.

I can confirm that doing both with Panda helped solve the issue last time I tested with it. What OS have you been testing them both on? I was able to reproduce a few times on W7?

It happened just 2 times so far (1 time immediately after I installed WSA). I don't have Panda or other security software besides what's on my sig.

I've heard in this thread about an incompatibility with AdMuncher, but it seems to work fine for me. Could this have anything to do with it?

IMHO all you need is WSA, WinPatrol and DefenseWall FW Edition nice and tight security setup and also a good FW Router! ;)

    Hi Joe,

    From my previous post:
    You asked me:
It is hard to tell exactly which ones as the cleanup log afterwards only gives the Beginning cleanup time and the Cleanup finished time, an actual log of what was cleaned or the settings are not provided. I have to watch the files being cleaned in real time and try to catch what is happening. I do know that afterwards things have been cleaned that I did not want to be cleaned.
The ones I am sure about are as follows:
Under Applications: AI Roboform, Skype, and Trillian.
Under Internet Explorer: Microsoft Download Folder.
There may be others as These are the ones I caught and I have not unticked more to see if this happened on something else.
I hope this helps. If you need anything else, just as as I will be happy to help.

    Hi Kent,

I would like to add if you can send SystemCleaner.log to report@prevxresearch.com with the link to your post for Joe can have a look at it! I don't know what your OS is but here it is from Win 7 x64!

    Hi TH,
Nothing to send as there are only two lines in the log: the Beginning Cleanup Time and the Cleanup Finished Time. No details other than that are listed (ie. file, folders, registry keys cleaned, etc.)

The log is overwritten each time so it might not have earlier details. I believe we will need to wait until it happens again to get further information.

It sounds like you have higher performance machine and are probably use to the set up but I almost bet with outpost and avast shields out of the equation you would feel and notice a performance gain.On that note I am not suggesting anything if your happy with the setup. Then again we probably will not see yanick posting I have been infected.IF i had that security on my rig it probably wouldn't even start up LOL.
