Joe, could it have something to do with problem (psapi.dll) I had the other day when I lost the original installation, and reinstalled again in another snapshot?

I think you'll just want to install fresh completely. You'll need to use the same license key that you had and download using the link which ends in *publicbeta.exe. I can PM you the link if you like - it should get you build 7.9.0.1 directly.

If your installation is currently running, you can just download the new version and run it - it will automatically upgrade your existing install.

    Hope that helps!

You may want to re-sign up with the link I posted. I tried it here and it gave me a license key which activates the firewall as well :)

does this have a firewall component? if yes, then will it run along side my avast internet security which is the only realtime in my pc?

Now, I knew prevx could be run alongside an av and secure anywhere can but its firewall can run with another firewall?!o_O wow. I surely need to try this one out.:D

This is going to be a bit confusing at the moment during the betas - we have three simultaneous external betas going on at the moment: one from the initial closed beta (7.9.0.4 with the firewall/suite features), one from the public beta (7.9.0.1 with the suite features), and another as the AV-only public beta (7.9.0.1 without the suite features).

We'll probably start keeping these synchronized closer but I'll post information when each is updated, including changelog details, as soon as a build reaches the general public beta audience.

    I don't see the " *publicbeta.exe" link, but have build 7.9.0.4 downloaded. I am thoroughly confused. o_O

That's correct - the overall features are determined by your keycode, the update is determined on the initial link you used to download it from.

You're in the closed beta update path which should be good to remain on if wanted :) As long as you can see the firewall, you have the suite functions enabled.

Can I ask if the Team has decided to integrate the WRSA firewall into Security (Action) Center? If yes will it show 2 Firewalls as it shows how many AV's & AS's you have?

We currently haven't - we ran into some incompatibilities with other firewalls thinking we were incompatible with them so it has been safer to not integrate into the security center at the moment.

    wow. simply wow.

I couldn't use two full av in the same pc.:'( Prevx came and daclared I could.:) I cannot use two full firewalls and two full security suites in the same pc. Webroot secure anywhere beta came and declared I can use its firewall with any other firewall and hence its full security suite with any other security suite( avast internet security, confirmed here by prevxhelp and triple helix).:D

This is awesome. I always wanted to use two internet securities to give better protection as layered security approach.
Please correct me if I'm wrong.

I could actually see myself using this =p which is saying something considering it's an AV.

Had to reboot, because of system freeze...however, I ran the installer and I have the full suite. :) See screenshot. I notice the new tray icon. ;)

P.S. Still does not show up in START> ALL Programs
