    hi,

I have already done all the necessary measures by disabling firewall, unistalling the previous av, using the domain admin user credentials to push but yet i am thrown with the following error:

    Diagnostics user context: staff\administrator

    Push installation simulation steps:
Setting IPC$ Connection:Result Code: 0 (The operation completed successfully.)
Remote Registry Connecting (OS Info):Result Code: 53 (The network path was not found.)
Remote Registry Connecting (ESET Security Product Info):Result Code: 53 (The network path was not found.)
Setting ADMIN$ Connection: Result Code: 0 (The operation completed successfully.)
Copying ESET Installer:Result Code: 0 (The operation completed successfully.)
Setting IPC$ Connection:Result Code: 0 (The operation completed successfully.)
Registering ESET Installer as a Service:Result Code: 5 (Access is denied.)
Diagnostics conclusion:Result Code: 1603 (Fatal error during installation.)

Can somebody please assist me on this. It is very crucial.
    Thank you.

Are you running server 2008 / Win 7? Did you give the ERA server service domain admin credentials to run under?

I am still facing the same problem.
I have done the following at the client’s end but still face errors to Push Install:
    1. Firewall turned off
    2. Ports 2221-2224; 135-139 and 445 all are opened
    3. Simple File Sharing is disabled
    4. ‘Push’ using domain admin credentials
    5. Remote Registry enabled
    6. RPC enabled
    7. Flushed the DNS
    8. ERA has been configured to Log On with the Domain Admin credentials
    9. I am able to access \\machinename\c$ (from the server)
    10. I am able to ping both ways from client to server and also server to client
    11. All shared drives IPC$ and ADMIN$ is available and accessible

After doing all the above, we are still unable to do a Push Install which also does not allow us to get a Push Installation Diagnostic
