HI, my computer got infected by personal shield pro virus this morning and didn't allow me to use Eset NOD. So I did a safe restart and then did a scan with NOD but that still didn't remove the virus. I was able to get rid of it with Superantispyware program. I guess my question is should NOD have been able to remove the personal shield pro virus?

    cheers

do you still have the files from the infection to send to eset for analysis?

New Rogues emerge on a daily basis, no AV AS App can be expected to protect you from all of them all the time. Practising safe surfing habits helps immensely.
